I didn't click on the link but what I have heard from others is over the last several years a typical cost per bike to ship one from China to USA per bike was around $20, today is more like $200 and will take longer. Not the total end of the world if you are selling a $5000 bike that you are paying $3000 for but sure would suck if it was a $300 bike that you were paying $200 for.
