Bbs02b 750w over bbshd

I kinda changed my mind to get the bbs02b instead of the bbshd so that I can disguise the bbs02b as a 250w version by getting a very similar sticker for it. The reason why i want to do this so that i can get normal bike insurance and not have an hassale with moped tax etc. Do you think this idea would be good and would work? Thanks

If its an insurance issue that kinda implies that at some point you will have to tell someone or fill out some sort of form where you will have to state that your bike is 250w. If something happens and they find out its not a 250w they will know you lied and that will likely void the whole contract which may also open you up to more violations and legal action. Basically I'm saying if you are going to go why not go big?
