Help! Bafang mid drive won't fit Trek Verve 3 disc.

Has anyone installed a BBSHD kit on a Trek verve? There is a cable guide that sticks up and wont allow the mid drive kit to slide on. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Edit - we got it. But for people reading this, just know Trek Verve is not a smooth install as motor won't slide in. THere is a cable guide that is in the way.

On the bottom I assume? It was welded on vs screwed on? I have run into that before but they have been screwed on so easily removed then the cable re routed over the top in housing.

How did you solve it? Grind it off? How is the rest of the fit looking so far? Chain ring clearance and chain line?

I would run the cable through a full housing and either leave it under the bottom bracket or re route it above. I know on the BBSO2 there is plenty of room between the bottom bracket and the motor. If it's only for a front derailleur then it can be eliminated all together.
