    Why Cycling Makes You Happy

    You only need a bike and a backpack to travel, simple and environmentally friendly. The happiness is not the more you ride, the more you get, but the time period of the ride. I personally think that riding in the morning is the most comfortable for me.

    Cycling can not only lose weight, but also make you shapely. Since cycling requires a lot of oxygen, it also strengthens the heart. When riding, the blood circulation is accelerated, the brain takes in more oxygen, and inhaling a lot of fresh air will make the brain feel more awake.

    When riding, you will feel very free and free. It is no longer just a means of transportation, but a way to delight the mind.

    The bike is my favorite type of entertainment. I have loved it from childhood and will love it all my life!

      If we talk about traveling, it's a little hard to travel by bike, but it's more enjoyable at the same time. You see a great views, that you'll not see on trains and airplanes

          It's probably clear to you by now that exercise is a great way to increase happiness. Biking gets you outside. That's not to say that exercising indoors on a stationary bike is a waste of time. It's not. It's just that there's more to gain, both physically and mentally, when you move your ride outside. cookie clicker
