    The Benefits of Cycling

    The advantage of riding is unlimited time and unlimited speed. Cycling can not only lose weight, but also make the body shapely. Since cycling is an exercise that requires a lot of oxygen, it also strengthens the heart. It also prevents high blood pressure, sometimes more effectively than medication. Stepping on a bicycle compresses the blood vessels, which accelerates the blood circulation, and the brain takes in more oxygen. Coupled with inhaling a lot of fresh air, the brain will feel clearer. Riding on the bike, the cyclist will feel very free and incomparable. It is no longer just a means of transportation, but a way to delight the mind.

    I should add: cycling is also a lot of pleasant feelings, sometimes sharp, sometimes not so much :)
