    If you make a training plan and ride every day, but it doesn't improve or change, it may be that the training plan you made is not suitable for you. Repeating the distance and rhythm of the previous day every day, in fact, tends to feel boring and does not achieve a good exercise effect. A more correct and effective approach is: make a long-term change plan for yourself, and establish a suitable challenge goal, so as to help yourself to make better progress and challenges; for example, you can combine climbing and flat road, Or moderately change the distance and rhythm of the ride.
