    Done for the year

Big dump of snow yesterday, so that's it for this season. Made a few changes over the summer.....first was a more comfy seat and grips, then a double leg stand for easier chain maintenance. Next up was replacing the knobbies with street tires, much smoother and quieter ride, also huge improvement in cornering and braking. Lastly a suspension fork to take the edge off bumps. The new fork raised the front about 3", rendering the kick stand too short. I extended the legs with aluminum square tubing. I think I put more k's on the bike than my Corvette this year!

Naw......I've riden in snow, if it's too soft, you go nowhere, if it's too icy, you spend more time on your ass

Yeah, you need the ski and the paddle tire for a good ride... but I'm prolly to old for it anyway and it's not like we get much snow in the AZ central desert
      Working...
