Here is the Park Tool HHP-2 headset press in action. The Chris King cup press adapters are the gun metal gray attachments next to the bearing cups.

Here is what I have so far. I am moving on to the BB and crankset which is my favorite part of the bike to work on. In this photo, you can see the reverse rake (front tire O.D. 31.5", rear tire O.D. 30.5"). I have not adjusted the saddles yet from when the bike had equal diameter tires.

Emailing back and forth with Vladimir S. at Zelena Vozila, I changed my order from three custom width bare axles to two new Cromotors assembled with the custom width axles, as well as a spare bare axle with the same wide dimensions. These will be spare motors and a spare axle for the bikes above. I am also got some spare rotor mount flanges and axle snap rings.

I put my Surly Singleator on the other day just for a look and saw there was no clearance. I was thinking of a flat head with an Allen but this may better. I am thinking of adding a sealed bearing to the rig.

When I was assembling with the Singleator today, the SS pulley bushing fell on the garage floor, and I almost couldn't find it. What do you mean by a sealed bearing? I might not be so lucky if the pulley bushing falls on the floor again.

I had the idea then thought someone must make it. So I did a search. http://www.jensonusa.com/Rear-Derail...ulley?cs=Black

Wow this is all looking really good, now that's a bike I would feel confident riding at speed knowing it's not going to fall apart. Do those huge tires absorb bumps and rocks off-road? To be honest I've never ridden tires bigger than 2.5 except on my enduro motorcycle but it of course has a lot of suspension.
It's too bad Lawill Leader forks don't fit fat bikes, I could imagine a set of those on one of those frames might look nice and ride pretty good off road.
