Anyone interested in a Full Susp 27.5 + Mid Drive using the BaFang G510.100 motor?

I have found a manufacturer in China that can build Full Suspension 150mm rear travel frames for the G510.1000 mid drive. I was ready to buy it but they have minimum order of 10 and I don't need 10.

Has Boost spacing 148mm x 12mm dropout with max. tire 2.75x3.0/29x2.35. The motor is Bafang G510.1000w.

66.5 degree head tube (Interestingly that is the same as the Specialized Turbo Levo)

    Takes a 160mm fork

    The available sizes are 15", 17", 19" and 21".

No more dragging the BBSHD on the ground for clearance!

I can get them into Colorado for about $1500.00 per frame\motor\battery case. (note: battery case has no batteries it is only a case.

The order would take about 90 days, 50 days to manufacture and 30 days to ship.

Anyone interested? If you want a complete bike I can do that too just takes a bit longer and more expensive.

If this the wrong section or inappropriate please let me know as I only want to build me a nice Full Suspension E Bike...

Update!!! I almost forgot to mention that fames and motors come with a 2 year warranty!

If it is the case that you found it on alibaba, sometimes you can find the same thing on ali express without the high minimum order.

I have seen an item description that had a minimum order of five units. I emailed them and asked if I could order two units for a higher price. They fussed a little, but they filled the order.

Commuter ebikes, thanks for the info. While I have tried looking at Ali express so far I have not found anyone on there even selling the G510.1000 motor let alone a frame too.
I love mtn biking and as I age having an ebike around has been fun. I currently ride a transition bandit with a BBSHD install and while a really fun bike I find the motor hits on rocks to be unsettling. Haven't broke anything yet and felt if I could get a nice frame with a G510.1000 I could then compete with the big boys and not have to purchase from them.
This frame I found really should compete and be a slightly cheaper build. Plus has a 2 year warranty!
I may have to just get 10 frames of assorted sizes and 1 motor to get one built for me and see if I can sell some of the frames..

I like it but if you find the right donor bike the motor will be a lot farther up. If the down tube goes straight from the crank to the head tube with no fancy curves or shapes it will be tucked up.

I'm interested in exactly the same setup. I rode a couple of bikes with the Bafang G510 Ultra motor at the Interbike show. Very impressive. There was a vendor at the show that had a nice full suspension bike. It's their "Lander" model and it's just coming out of development. Website is https://ksjuln.en.alibaba.com/ - you can contact Benjamin Sui at benjamin.sui@live.com.

Another one I've found is the Frey top end bike - Ivy Wang at sales@frey.bike has been extremely helpful. Link for Frey's Ultra Mid Drive bike is:
Best Electric Mountain Bike: High-end Specs | Great Benefit-cost Ratio | Co-creation. We advocate a positive and energetic FREY lifestyle: Free Ride Enjoy Yourself!

I've found two potential titanium frame options for the Bafang G510. A "for sure" is the Baoji City Changsheng Titanium Co. - Linda Jiao is the contact. Link is -

The second one is Waltly Titanium Co. - http://www.waltlytitanium.com/ - very impressive product line. Not sure yet if they make or can make a frame for the Bafang G510. I suspect that if there are enough questions/demand they'll figure it out. Person I've contacted is Sumi Lai - sumi@waltlyti.com

I've gotten quotes from everybody but Waltly Titanium, which is the option I'm most interested in right now. They make a lot of very nice, very high end frames. Sure would like to hear if anyone else is interested in this configuration. Seems to me that a group of people could set up some contacts for parts, warranty.

It's amazing how fast these things are hitting the market. The EU claims the Chinese are 'dumping' their product. It's hard to argue with the prices though.

I have to be pretty careful about which trails I ride with my BBSHD equipped FS bike, ebikes are persona non gratis on all the choice world class trails the bike clubs have worked hard to build around here. Therefore I have a really nice unpowered FS bike as well so I can ride those trails and participate in club activities and all that good stuff I don’t want to miss out on.

          Will they not allow ebikes?

No ebikes not allowed on the mountain bike trails, I ride my ebike on unimproved trails and roads where they are permitted. There's plenty of areas to ride though and I ride my pedal bike where the bikes with motors are not permitted.

Frey bikes look good but the main problem with them is battery mounting. You could not replace it to standard shark battery. Has anybody found some manufacturer who can supply frame for usual shark battery case and G510 mid drive with maximum order unit = 1?

I feel exactly the opposite. Frey's battery mounting is far more secure, and their batteries are available in capacities up to 21Ah. The battery is also more visually compact because it uses the space inside the downtube. Look at how unobtrusive it is in the photo below. Also, extra batteries are very affordable (1000Wh of LG cells for less than $500).

Do you think the cut out portion weakens the tube? I see you got the batts so what about a ride review.

Stunning bike @Robocam, love the simplicity and how the battery is spaced in the downtube.

21 Ah with Ultra Max is pure power, how is it performing?

Thanks! I actually just received the package today. The batteries were sent through another carrier, and I should receive them by the end of the week.
