Need bike light for riding in the dark under $40

Can I get some suggestions for a light for riding on my morning commute. It is dark to dimly lit. I would like to keep it under $40 but will spend a little more if it worth it. I want the light to be able to mount to the bike. I was looking at this one on amazon Super Bright Bike Light USB Rechargeable, Te-Rich 1200 Lumens Waterproof Road/Mountain Bicycle Headlight and LED Taillight Set with 4400 mAh Battery, anyone out their own this?

Check out the Cygolite 460. It is pretty bright and fits your budget.

So I got this light Nestling USB Rechargeable LED Bike Light Set, 1200 Lumen Bicycle Headlight Cree, not as bright as the picture, in fact my headlamp (Led Lenser) is just as bright. Never trust advertisement pics. haha

just dont take power from your main battery, make sure you use separate battery for the headlight.
