The link was posted by one of the biggest anti-ebike trolls (Hi!), he lurks here and at ES and posts anything he can that will make ebikes look bad. Some of the links can be pretty useful though: I never knew you could buy a dongle to derestrict a Bosch ebike until I followed a link there!

Yes, the hill fail, and smiling at the same time, worked. Also helps illustrate these things aren't 'ridiculously overpowered'.

glad you liked that part...we had some succefful footage of climbing that hill but decided it was better with fail footage to fit the story :)

those were custom made lights not available to public yet....lots of prototype stuff was on those bikes in the video :)
