Yes, this build was taking so much of my time, 1,5 year. But I loved it.

So the crowns were needed to adapt to the bicycle headset? Nice work!

I am planing to change front rotor this fall.
Tomos is moped bulit in former Yugoslavia (my country) it was very popular here. but...I only used rods, not the crowns. The crowns I created/drawn and than my friend made it on CNC machine.

At 500W the front brake should be OK as is. Visually the setup you have is perfect.
Tomos is new to me. Triple tree moped forks should be good for E bikes. I've been looking to MTB forks for my bikes. But that's a nice option.Thanks.

    Thanks guys.

RobRi , the patience is the key element. Thank you.

Retrorockit kit, battery is 12Ah, motor is 500w and fork is modified Tomos automatic front fork. The front rotor is smaller because I'm busy riding it so I cant find time to fix it.
Thank you, yes bicycle is single speed and although I like your idea, it will stay like this for now.

As soon as I find time to organize photos in my phone i will make topic of build from the beginning.

Could we get some specifications on that. Battery, Motor, and especially that fork! I would say the bigger brake belongs on the front. 100% of the weight will be there when stopping hard.
It's a work of art. Is it single speed?
Just for fun I would have a removable oil or gas filler cap to stick on the battery to complete the moto vibe.

    Greetings from Kragujevac Serbia

    Hello,

My name is Miloš and I am from Kragujevac, Serbia.
For some time I wanted to build my ebike but I wanted to have bike to be proud of so my interest went to Vintage electric bike. Maybe one of the most beautiful ebike in the market.
So I built a replica of it.

I am going to create a topic from start to final look...hope you like it as much as I enjoy riding it.
Working...
