cool, rugged build was one of the priorities on my checklist of "bike has to have". The top priority for ANY bike I would or could get is: it's gotta fit inside my electric car. 2016 chevy spark ev. WHICH I WILL OWN UNTIL I'M DEAD. my electric ride has been with me for 3 yrs and 40k mi., an If that sort of thing were legal in my state, I'd marry it, is how much I love it. Anyhow, a bike that folds took a long time for my brain to accept. The luna eclipse has strong looks, and then positive feedback from people familiar with it confirming that is great. thanks.
FedEx just updated- boo hoo- things started late - expect the 25th instead of 22nd. Now me have even more time to kill, and I already bought lots of upgrade parts for the bike with no $ left. SO
I'm probably gonna start a few more questions and stories. about the eclipse, and my car, and electric traction motor's, cause I've been infatuated since my first elevator ride as a child.

They call it lime. it's a lot of bright green, but I woulda bought it even if it was poopy brown! It's fast, 0 to 60 in 6 clicks with 320 ft lbs of torque (second best part) and it cost just over a penny a mile to drive- the best part. Fully expecting my new luna eclipse to deliver the same feelings, I need to let my car know that I don't love her less, I just have room in my heart for an eclipse too!

Awesome! My sister's family own's three of the Kia Soul's and calls my Spark a "minikia". The Spark ev was built at the Kia factory with a baltimore motor and a milwaukee battery shipped over there for assy.
Besides going to different schools together, looks like we could have more in common friend. nice to meet ya!

So as not to appear a braggart, I share the worst part of owning/loving my car. RANGE ... 80 miles is a FULL tank! I KNOW anyone reading will understand that anxiety, as this is an ebike forum.
That was 2013 cutting edge tech-largest battery until the tesla's came out.
Sorta like always drivin around with 1/8 of a tank of gas, but i drive back roads and gently (well most of the time-but i do love to launch it), and haven't been stranded yet, and being retired kinda helps everything out too.
