Hello from OK city ok. This is my first post, I am new to the E bike world. I purchased a f 1000 mid drive fat tire from BPM in late Aug. 2022 to get to my deer blind because of health issues. When assembled the battery would not take a charge. Finally took a charge and one more. with some where under 20 miles in town the battery has been dead for close to 7 mo. Several e mails from me and lies from BPM I am sorry to start with a negative post but I am very frustrated.

Always a bummer to hear about bad e bike experiences. Just a quick look at their site and there is nothing about it that gives me any confidence. Looks just like 95% of the other out to make a quick buck companies that have decided they are now in the ebike biz.
One nice thing about crap like that is its usually built from fairly generic parts so other than having to do the research and find the parts yourself you should be able to fix it. Post some pics of your battery pack, its connections and how it fits on the bike. Maybe we can point you in the direction of other batteries that may work.
You could also snoop around google, craigs list, and facebook marketplace in your area to see if anyone fixes batteries. Often times you find them related to tool batteries but those types of people/shops seem to work on anything so if you have a local person they could look at it and see if its something simple or if its just garbage. -
