Got a question for you the rear wheel spins fine using throttle when you lifting the back wheel but as soon as you sit on the bike the rear wheel axle spins and pulls the plug out...why's that happening....

You aren't giving much information but it sounds as if the axle for the rear hub motor is spinning in the frame of the bike (drop out). Some close up pictures of the axle mounted in the frame may help. -
You may need a torque arm to control that. Grin Technology are the hub motor experts.
