Hall sensors or controller,reporting half speed and drawing a lot of amps..

Hey forum I have a ebike build im trouble shooting ,

The Hall sensors or controller, reporting half speed and drawing a lot of amps during high load cas 2.4 isnt able to communicate with the controller well and is reporting half speed and amps cant be changed at all probably a lot of other things as well...

if anyone know of what could be the cause or what is needed to be added would be great ;D
