    Charger Issue or Something Else?

Hi There - I inherited an iZip Zuma with a 4pin XLR charger and I can't get it to charge. There are two lights - a constant red power light and then a light that turns yellow or green. When I plug in the charger to the outlet the red light turns on and then I hear some clicks and the light next to it turns yellow and then another click and it turns green (video attached). This is the same thing that happens when I plug it into the bike then into the outlet.

To me it seems like the charger is somehow thinking that the battery is fully charged even without it being plugged in. Is this the case? Has anyone dealt with this? Is the only option buying a new charger?

    Thanks for any help!

I have seen other chargers that act like that so I suspect its a normal 'feature' that if there is no connection to the battery for what ever reason they indicate charged. Your next trick will have to be to determine if its the charger or the battery that has the connection problem. Does the plug look worn like its been plugged in a zillion times? Maybe its just worn contacts?
