Eclipse crunchy drive train.

Hi all. Loving the Eclipse but now there’s a crunching from the drive train (I think). Gates CDX issue? Here’s a video. https://youtu.be/DqP8af8jcJU
Any idea how to resolve it?
only a month new bike.
