Need Help!! Surron light bee x Issue 4long blinks 1Short

Hi all,

Just got a surron light bee x, as i assembled it and charge the battery i tired to go for it first ride but go no throttle response. I connected the light and got 4 long blinks and 1 short fast blink at the end. Not sure what the issue can be? Checked all the connections and seemed okay. As i installed the app i also got that the VIN does not match.

Could anyone help me on this? I'm a first time e bike user.

I see you've been taking this issue for quite a while.
If you have a multimeter, check between the signal and ground wires: the voltage should change smoothly from about 0.8V to 4.2V when twisting the throttle. If it doesn't, the throttle may be defective.
