A Dolphin Battery dropped and it does not work. How to fix it?

I dropped a 48V Dolphin-case Luna Battery this morning from a less than two feet height, and it does not work. The led on the battery case turns on and off. But when it is mounted on the bike's battery cradle, I cannot turn on Bafang using the control.

What can go wrong in this kind of physical shock on the battery pack?

I would say that one of the connectors to the BMS may have come off or the leads to the main connector. You may just need to open the case and see if something has come free.

It turned out that the battery pack is fine. But somehow the display, which is not related with the drop, didn't turn on and I thought it was the battery issue. I will post a separate post.
