Better yet ACF50, Boeshield or such. Good for ALL connections to keep moisture out. Less messy than D grease.

THanks for all the advices. The dielectric grease is a very good idea!

Glad you were able to get it fixed. Remember to put some dielectric grease on that connection to keep it from getting all corroded.

If a hailong 3 there is an upgrade. Luna should have California ebikes does, WILL NOT FIT Hailong 1. Those connectors should be treated to expel moisture and protected from corrosion. A damn shame no one tells customers that. It is now well known. Buy a case from Aliexpress or Luna. Sadly Aliexpress will not be a good source for two weeks, It's spring festival and New Year.

Thanks for the advises everybody I will contact UPP but the battery I have is the cardon shark pack (https://lunacycle.com/52v-panasonic-...on-shark-pack/). Are you sure the reference is the S-039 Hailong case?

Looks more like a Dolphin case than a Hailong.

You can't fix it. But you can buy a new case complete with mounting plate from Unit Pack Power in China. Case is only like $20 bucks, but shipping will set you back another $25 or so.

Contact Rechie at UPP and tell him you want to purchase a S-039 Hailong case. These guys are OK, and you can pay with Paypal so your protected. I buy all my prebuilt batteries here.

I don't know where you'd find another connector like this, but it appears that two of the attachment blades aren't being used. If you know an electrician or have an electrical repair shop in your area, take the entire unit to them and have them make the next unused blade the positive connection. (red).

    52V PANASONIC battery holder broken

    Hi,

Do you know where I can order only the battery holder (52V Panasonic). One of the little part is broken on mine (see picture).

Perhaps it's possible to fix it with a good welder?

    Thank you!
Working...
