    BBSHD motor slips

I'm a newbie setting up a bbshd on a mongoose malus 110mm bracket. I didn't realize I needed to install all spacers. My motor now slips even after adjusting the spacers. The bracket mount on the bike seems to have two groves it slips between like it's stripped. Any recommendations on how to stop the motor from slipping under this situation? The motor slipped while our on a long ride and now the bottom part of my bike framer is dented from the motor hitting it. :(

A well lit pic (of the bracket area and overall) would help suggestions re the slippage.
As far as the frame dent, I split a piece of radiator hose tubing and fit it between the motor and frame.

Not sure what the grooves are but the spacers go on the drive side for proper clearance and then the y-shaped fixing plate has to correctly installed on the outside of the bottom bracket and then round locking ring has to be tightened super tight.

Not sure what you mean by “slips”. Is the motor rotating and hitting the frame?
