Luna 52V Adv 300W Ebike Charger displays 58.9 V - doesn't detect the need to charge

I bought this bike used with a Luna mid-drive kit, Luna 52 V battery, and Luna 52V Advanced 300W charger. I've charged successfully for a month now. But today, when plugging in the charger, it displays 58.9 V. So the charger doesn't kick on as it doesn't detect the need to do so. I know the battery needs charging as I can see the level when it's hooked up to my bike. Is there a way to reset the charger? Any way to fix this? Thanks.

It is supposed to display that voltage. That tells you the voltage that the charger is putting out. Check the xt60 with a multimeter. If you see same voltage there, check if you have an adapter. Probably the adapter in that case.
