    Sounds extremely noisy in your vid. Even when the camera is on the side of the road and the trike passes by.

      I didn't think so. I thought the noise level was acceptable from the riders position. And I was getting withing 4 or 5 inches of the camera when I passed. I'll see what it's like at a 10-12 mph cruise on the bike path. And at any rate most of the time I"ll probably just be peddling and not using the motor. ;-)

        Motor sound on video should be taken with a pinch of salt as it's rarely representative of reality. It would be better to use a sound level meter and report the dB reading in the open at 1m. Even using a free app on a smart phone would be more accurate. ;)

          The chain make more noise than the motor, especially at high RPMs.
