If your rear wheel is locked (harder to turn) ? watch the full video

If you do not have a rear wheel locking up but have seen Error 41, Error 35,34 & Error 33, you don't need to remove the phase wires, just inspect the connectors and power wires (make sure the lugs are not loose). Make sure all the connectors are fully clicked in.

    please watch this video

If no luck please continue to the encoder inspection, click here.

Error 40/42 & 43 or Any encoder related error code (stuttering , jerking or even going in reverse)

And also part two for Error 33/34/35/41

Please watch this next video on how to fix it, make sure to do a motor calibration before anything (last part of the video)

if you needs any parts or help please email support@lunacycle.com

Note: If the encoder board you have does not look like the one in the video please stop there and email support.

IF you only have intermittent E40, then only inspect the connection on the encoder board and the main connection outside of the motor.

This second connector is under the bash-guard in a rubber pouch cover, you simply track down the black wire exiting the motor (it's the one on top, of the 3 orange wires.). We have a video you can use to remove the bash guard. The encoder connector is in the same rubber pouch as the kickstand sensor so just follow the step to unplug the kickstand sensor. the connector is a large 6 pin connector.

Watch this portion of the video:

Front fork is sticking or makes squeaky noises?

Please watch this next video and try to lubricate the dust wipers and seals.

you can use fork oil, you can use WPL fork stanchion lube, you can use tri-flow lube and such.

              Brake problems

              Brake rotor is rubbing?

Is the lever spongy? braking is weak?

If yes please click this link , it's a 3 step process and can fix most brake problems

If after all that you are still having issues best would be to bleed the system.

Battery rattling? You likely didn't watch our unboxing/setup video and never installed the battery foam blocks.

Skip to the 14 minute mark and you will see how to install them

Talaria is stuck on wait (and E00)

Note: in this video we are using a Mx4 but it covers the XXX and MX3 model.

                    Steps:
                    1. Test the bike, it's possible that the bike still runs. if it runs you need a new display
                    2. unplug both brake sensor (for troubleshooting only), if this fixes the issue then please adjust them (click link here)
                    3. Kickstand sensor, and sensor wiring
                    4. Tip over sensor (AKA: tilt or crash sensor)
For error 00 : if nothing works and stuck on E00 please email support,

If it's only stuck on wait (no error on display) it's possible that the start button is not working :

Video on how to adjust the brake sensors:

*Now we are suggesting to unplug sensors to find the cause of the problem, we are not asking to remove them permanently.
